When it comes to getting active it can be hard to find options that fit in with our hectic lifestyle. Well, fret no more, because Generation Fit brings a programme of personal training to you.
Tell us who you are and what you do.
I am Chris Clack, owner of Generation Fit, and Wandsworth Town resident.
How did Generation Fit come about?
In 2006, I left my job in the City and changed career to become a sports coach. Over the years I’ve worked with a number of private and state schools in Wandsworth, and I love nothing more than seeing my students learn new skills and gain confidence in fitness.
In 2019 I became Level 3 REPS qualified with the aim of also training adults to do the same, and so Generation Fit was born – training all ages and abilities.
Tell us about your training programmes.
We want to make it easy for clients to improve their fitness, so we offer a mobile service and bring all the equipment to the clients’ location of choice.
We also know it can be a great incentive to train with a partner, so we offer ‘buddy training’ sessions at the same hourly rate as our 1:1 sessions.
We also offer training packages for private groups of up to five people, which includes teens, families and friends.
How do we sign up?
In the first instance, it’s good to have a no obligation chat to discuss your goals. You can reach me directly on 07887 897 898, or by emailing [email protected]
You can also find us on Instagram and Facebook, but don’t worry – we don’t post photos of our clients.
Search ‘Generation Fit’ on Google to check out our reviews. You can also visit our website for more information and find us on the We Are Wandsworth Town app.
Are you running any special offers at the moment?
As well as our buddy training rate matching that of our personal training sessions, we’re also offering a 10% discount on block bookings of 10 classes, so you pay for nine and the tenth is on us.
What’s your favourite thing about Wandsworth Town?
Everything! It’s a really friendly neighbourhood with a strong community spirit, and great schools.
We have a huge variety of local, independent businesses and shops as well as excellent transport links, and plenty of parks and open spaces. What’s not to love!
