What’s the secret to a great cup of coffee?
What’s the secret to a great cup of coffee? The secret lies in understanding the entire journey from bean to cup and mastering all the variables—like grind size, brewing method, and freshness—that influence the final flavour.
Do you have a favourite coffee at the moment?
Right now, we’re enjoying a delightful coffee from Brazil, roasted by our students in our monthly roasting courses. It’s a natural process, resulting in a rich, full-bodied flavor.
What’s your go-to coffee order?
As coffee enthusiasts, we love a variety! My usual go-to is a filter coffee, but I also enjoy switching it up with a flat white or an espresso every now and then.
What’s your favourite thing about Wandsworth Town?
I love how vibrant and dynamic Wandsworth is, with new and exciting things popping up all the time. Personally, I’m a huge fan of tennis and padel, so I’d have to say the new padel courts at All Star Tennis are a favourite of mine!
