How long have you worked for London Stock? Since the beginning! We started planning the restaurant in August 2019 and were able to open our doors in January 2020.
What do you think makes London Stock unique? We offer slightly more laid back fine dining that really focuses on bringing new flavours and experiences to our guests. Our menu changes seasonally, which also makes it more sustainable. We also try to reflect London’s multiculturalism in our food – I think that’s most evident in our Tasting Menu.
What do you love about Wandsworth Town? I love the buzz about the different hubs in the Town, especially now that businesses and hospitality are reopening! Each area has its own distinct personality which I think makes Wandsworth Town special.
Any exciting news? We have revamped our outdoor space. There are now heaters and screens for those chillier days and parasols for the height of summer, so you can now enjoy our food and drinks on our amazing courtyard terrace whatever the weather!
What events are you excited about that are coming up in Wandsworth Town? I’m excited to see Old York Road come into its prime in the summer! It’s a great place for a drink in the sun, definitely one of my top local hangouts.
