iLuvo opens its doors at Ram Quarter this week (30 March), offering a range of skincare and beauty treatments to suit every need, whether you’re looking to feel great, look great, or both!
We sat down with founder and creator Lulu to find out more.
Tell us who you are and what you do.
I am Lulu, and I originally founded iLuvo Beauty in 2018 as a laser hair removal service, eventually expanding our services to include laser skin treatments.
I have been looking to open a beauty salon for many years, where I can offer a full range of beauty treatments and services.
How did iLuvo come about?
I started my career working for companies like Urban Retreat in Harrods, qualifying in a variety of beauty treatments, including beauty and aesthetic. It inspired me to open my own business offering laser hair removal services in Victoria, using world-leading Soprano ICE Platinum laser technology.
I felt I could develop this into a high-end salon with a focus on positively impacting people’s wellness and mental health. Our motto is to make each and every client both feel and look good.
When do you open in Ram Quarter, Wandsworth?
We open on Thursday 30 March, and we’ll be offering a lifetime Founders Membership to our first 200 customers, which will entitle them to a lifetime 10% discount as well as access to our member-only promotional offers.
What can we expect?
You can expect high-end, professional treatments and customer service. Our diverse team shares a common passion for beauty treatments, and they’re all highly qualified, too.
We offer a variety of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, lava shell, and pregnancy as well as aromatherapy, laser hair removal, nailcare, and skincare.
Do you have any other promotional offers?
As well as our lifetime Founders Membership, we’ll also be giving ALL our customers a 25% discount for the first two weeks.
We will also be proposing a VIP membership scheme, offering members 10% off all purchases, with a minimum term of 12months, with the first six months free and then each of the following six months charged at £9.99. Customers will also be able to earn loyalty points from their purchases which you can use to get additional treatments.
