Tell us who you are and what you do.
I am Emma Munday, and we are Munday Property, an independent property consultancy specialising in sales, property sourcing and lettings. With over 15 years’ experience selling beautiful homes across London, we work proudly with Harding Green and their team of more than 30 trusted consultants.
We offer bespoke marketing campaigns including home staging, lifestyle photography and engaging videography. Our platform allows us to advertise on 89 portals across 52 countries ensuring our clients have full exposure.
How did Munday Property come about?
Having worked in the prime Central London market for over 15 years, following a degree in Real Estate Management, I went on to work for two leading firms in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea before founding Munday Property Consultancy.
I’ve lived in Wandsworth alongside my trusted helper Dash the dachshund for more than decade, and I saw a gap in the market. We can now bring the ‘Prime Central London’ one-to-one service that sets us aside from the high street agents to Wandsworth!
I’ve built an impressive record of sales and I’m respected for being an honest, straight-talking professional with excellent negotiation skills. Through my extensive experience I have built a loyal client base and strong network of contacts across the world, spanning investors, developers, and end users.
