Tell us who you are and what you do.
We are Orangetheory, a total-body group workout that combines science, coaching and technology to guarantee maximum results from the inside out.
Our studios use state-of-the-art heart rate tracking technology to measure your performance in real time, so you know your workout is working. Once you step through the door and into the studio, our coaches guide you through five different heart rate zones across three different stations – rowing, cardio and strength.
What makes Orangetheory Fitness stand out?
Our in-studio monitors connect directly to your wearable heart rate monitor, so you can see your results in real time! This prevents you from over or under training and ensures you are getting the best out of your workout. Not only that, but you have 24/7 access to your fitness data via our app so you can be sure to set new goals easily.
What are your membership options?
Whilst we recommend 2-3 workouts per week for optimal results, we understand that not everyone is ready for a monthly membership. We offer the flexibility of class packs as well as a tiered membership system to suit every lifestyle.
Is Orangetheory suitable for everyone?
We welcome everyone of all fitness abilities, it doesn’t matter if you’ve ran five marathons or never stepped foot in a gyn, we are here with you every step of the way and encourage you to go at your own pace!
