Ciao! I am Valentina of Valentina’s Recipes. An Italian in Wandsworth baking delicious homemade Italian choux pastry to order.
How did Valentina’s Recipes come about?
My business is the result of many year’s of hard work, passion, experience, and a desire to create something that represents me and my country’s tradition.
What makes your bakes so special?
The key to my choux pastry is simplicity. I use high quality ingredients and old fashioned recipes. The pastry is baked fresh to order, and delivered straight to your door.
Tell us about your savoury options.
We have five delicious savoury options – goats cheese, ricotta and spinach, mortadella, pea puree, and salmon. They pair beautifully with a glass of prosecco, or wine, and they’re the perfect bites for a party.
How can we sign up?
I offer a fantastic loyalty scheme. When you become a member you collect points on every order you place, and you get 50 points when you sign up, which will give you £2 off your first order.
What do you love most about Wandsworth Town?
What I love most about Wandsworth Town is the lovely community we’ve created over the years. I’ve lived here since 2011, so I’ve seen the area change and improve, year on year. I’m glad I live and work in Wandsworth Town.
